Creative communication is my forte
Every person has a unique story that has the power to make a positive difference in the world. The key to starting that ripple effect of positive change and inspiring people to take action is to unearth, elevate and communicate those stories and use the channels that will reach the people who need to hear them most.
I have spent over 20 years honing presentation, editorial, interview and digital design skills to provide my audiences with engaging, empowering and inspiring creative experiences and content. Some of the organisations I have worked with include WeWork, Sendle, IABC, Gartner, The University of Sydney, Reward Gateway, Pacific Magazines, Yaffa Publishing, AHRI, Key Media, Sweatshop Literacy Movement and Blacktown Arts.

I am a passionate advocate for women's health and wellbeing. I challenge my audience to consider how they can rethink the ways we support the most vulnerable in our communities (or more often fail to), and how to rebuild systems to better support people whose personal, religious or cultural needs have been overlooked.
I believe that underrepresented voices need to be proactively included in the national conversation and in 2021, I became a Gidget Foundation Ambassador and Community Voice participant with the Judith Neilson Institute and Media Diversity Australia.

Managing mental health and dispelling the stigma of perinatal anxiety and depression, particularly in new and/or migrant parents and women returning to the workforce after a break

Women’s reproductive and menstrual health, managing endometriosis, and the need for education about natural, non-invasive forms of managing fertility

Creating companies worth working for and how organisations can cultivate diversity and inclusion by recognising, elevating and creating psychologically safe spaces for individuals whose cultural, familial, religious or relational values are currently excluded.

I use storytelling as the foundation for producing quality content for business leaders and marketing teams in organisations of all sizes. I combine the right words with thoughtful design to tell compelling stories that bring a brand to life and inform, engage and inspire clients to take action.
Artist, Live Notetaker, Workshop Facilitator
Creative lettering, calligraphy and writing have been integral to my own mental health journey and have helped me cultivate confidence in both my personal and professional life.
I work with organisations and local art studios to design tailored, fun and interactive creative events that challenge people to approach skill-building, problem-solving and innovation by creating a space where creativity is encouraged and explored in a trusting environment. I run creative workshops for people of all ages and find it incredibly rewarding to ensure my participants leave feeling energised and inspired to strive for progress, not perfection.
I also offer live sketch-note and lettering services at events and accept commissions for custom watercolour artworks and personalised gifts.
